Africa Youth in Agriculture for Wealth & Employment

AYAWE is CIM’s flagship youth empowerment program designed to transform mindsets and unlock opportunities in the agriculture sector for young people across Kenya and beyond.

At its core, AYAWE rebrands agriculture as a modern, innovative, and profitable career path for youth aged 18–35. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and market exposure, the program builds a generation of youth champions who lead in food security, wealth creation, and sustainable development.
